For years we’ve worked closely with our clients to create hundreds of events that leave a memorable afterglow after the lights dim and the guests head home.

Our event specialists know how to serve our customers. For more than 30 years, these trained perfectionists have assembled brilliant events, from birthdays to graduation parties, to corporate galas and storybook weddings.

We’ll work on-site and behind the scenes to ensure all the elements of your event come together accurately. We’ll perform a free on-site evaluation of your event area, and we’ll follow up with an itemized quote listing the rental equipment and services needed to produce the plan. For most tented events, we’ll also prepare a complimentary CAD drawing of your floor plan. A PartySavvy staff member is always available by phone to help you plan and stay up-to-date with the details of your event, and to answer any questions you might have.

I encourage you to visit our on-line showroom where you can view and keep track of your chosen rentals using My Event planner. This easy-to-use tool lets you save and delete rentals as you plan your event, and allows you to develop an estimate of the cost and number of your selections.
